After six years at the helm of Atlantis Dubai, overseeing Atlantis, The Palm and then Atlantis The Royal, Timothy Kelly has been promoted from executive vice president and managing director of Atlantis Dubai to president of the Atlantis brand worldwide.
As the leader who oversaw the successful headline-making launch of Atlantis The Royal in January 2023, Kelly has proven his ability to elevate the brand.
Moving forward, Kelly has plans to launch more Atlantis resorts around the world, in addition to the two existing properties in Dubai and a third, Atlantis Sanya, in China, and he was quoted in Bloomberg saying he would like to see at least four more Atlantis-branded properties in the portfolio.
Part of the South African-born Kerzner International group, Atlantis Resorts made the announcement on LinkedIn.
