Capri becomes the group’s third Italian location following Rome and Porto Cervo
Zuma has brought its signature menu to the island of Capri along with menu highlights such as the marinated black cod wrapped in hoba leaf and roasted lobster with shiso ponzu butter.
In addition to the classics, a number of dishes available exclusively at Zuma Capri will feature the island’s famed lemons, including sliced lobster with Capri lemon and oscietra caviar and the Capri lemon mochi for dessert, alongside a refreshing lemon cocktail.
In addition to the main menu, every night from 7pm to 9pm, guests can enjoy a sunset aperitivo experience featuring a light bar menu and small plates.
Zuma co-founder and creator Rainer Becker said: ‘’We are so excited to announce the opening of our third Italian restaurant. Capri Palace Jumeirah is the perfect match for this new venture, and we look forward to a busy summer season.’’
Jumeirah Group regional vice president for Southern Europe and the UK, Ermanno Zanini added: "We're delighted to welcome guests to Zuma Capri this summer and deliver another exceptional culinary experience in this coveted corner of the island.
"Capri Palace Jumeirah captures the true spirit of the Italian Dolce Vita, and with the addition of Zuma Capri to our exquisite culinary offering, there’s further appeal to discover the unspoiled charm of Anacapri this season."
First created in London in 2002 by Rainer Becker, Zuma restaurants are now located in 22 destinations around the world.
The new island outpost of Capri marks Zuma’s third restaurant in Italy, following Rome (opened 2016) and the seasonal pop-up restaurant in Porto Cervo in Sardinia, which debuted in 2022 and returns for its second season this year.
Open from 7pm, Monday to Sunday, Zuma Capri, Capri Palace Jumeirah, Via Capodimonte 14, Anacapri, Isola di Capri. For more information, visit www.zumarestaurant.com/locations/capri
