The Marriott-operated retreat is accepting bookings
Guests can now make reservations for stays at The St Regis Red Sea Resort ahead of its scheduled opening in December 2023.
The resort is located on Ummahat Island among a conservation area on the coast of the Red Sea and can be accessed by chartered boat or seaplane.
The Red Sea is surrounded by the world's fourth-largest barrier reef system and spans more than 28,000sq km with an archipelago of more than 90 untouched islands, dormant volcanoes, desert dunes, mountain canyons and historical cultural sites.

St Regis debuts resort-inspired swimwear collection
The St Regis Red Sea Resort will feature a collection of 90 beachfront and overwater villas, offering one-to-four-bedroom accommodation, each with a private pool and sundeck.
The interiors will pay homage to the surrounding natural landscape by drawing inspiration from wind, water and coral elements.
The resort will feature five restaurants, two outdoor pools, a high-tech fitness centre, a signature spa and children's club.
