Heritage boutique hotel 21 Carpenter in Singapore will welcome guests from late Q4 2023.
Nestled between Clarke Quay and Chinatown, the centrally-located property is developed by conservation specialists 8M Real Estate.
The hotel is also a member of Design Hotels, affiliated with Marriott Bonvoy.

The 48-room development comprises two wings: The Heritage Wing, featuring 26 rooms in the conserved building, and The Urban Wing, a contemporary five-story extension with an additional 22 rooms.
The rooms range from 30 to 56 square metres, allowing ample space for a comfortable stay. The property also has a rooftop infinity pool and lounge offering breathtaking views across the city towards Marina Bay, along with a garden terrace on the third level.

The F&B offering will include an independent "neo-bistro" – and update on a traditional bistro – and Andrew Walsh will be at the helm as the culinary director.
