Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh appoints GM

Firas Mneimneh brings 26 years of operational, financial and commercial expertise to the role

Radisson Hotel Group has appointed Firas Mneimneh as General Manager of Radisson Collection Residences, Riyadh, set to open in the second half of 2025.

Mneimneh arrives from sister Radisson property Mansard Riyadh, where as General Manager for two-and-a-half years, he directed a team of more than 450 professionals, oversaw the pre- and post-opening phases and led the development of internal policies and procedures with a focus on diversity and sustainability. 

Under his leadership, the hotel became one of the most culturally diverse in the region, with more than 35 nationalities represented across the team. 

Armed with an MBA in Hospitality Management and Tourism, Mneimneh has 26 years’ experience in hospitality, spanning Italy, Poland, the UAE, Jordan, Iraq and Saudi Arabia.

Working in Saudi Arabia for the past five years, he is well-placed to helm the Riyadh Residences, and his leadership experience with international hotel brands including Millennium Hotels and Resorts and Landmark International Hotels provides him with a global perspective.

The Radisson Collection Residences, Riyadh marks the third Radisson Collection property in the kingdom, and joins 26 more properties in operation and 18 under development in Saudi under the group’s management. 

Located on King Fahad Road in the Al Mutamarat District, and designed in the Salmani architectural style, the residence offers 170 high-end serviced units, including four villas and eight penthouses, two with private rooftop pools and panoramic city views. There is also a fitness centre.
