Located in the southwest Peloponnese, Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino will have 99 rooms
Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino is set to open in Greece this summer with 99 suites and villas with private pools and spacious terraces, designed in the traditional Messenian style of the region.
The natural terracotta colour palette aims to create a soothing and welcoming environment with custom-designed furniture, floor-to-ceiling windows, and state-of-the-art entertainment technology.
Fabrics and rugs in the suites and villas are also inspired by the weaving of traditional Greek dress.
The resort’s five restaurants and bars will honour local culture while also providing a wide variety of original flavours from international cuisines.
The property’s chefs are committed to sourcing local ingredients from Messenia and delivering a gastronomic experience overseen by chef Bertrand Valegeas.
The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino will offer wellbeing and beauty treatments inspired by the Group's traditional rituals from the Far East and the abundant flora of Greece.
In addition to a variety of private treatment rooms, and heat and water experiences, the spa features a 25-metre swimming pool that flows indoors to outdoors with views of the bay's glorious sunsets.
Wellness experts are also on hand for tailor-made fitness experiences, with yoga, nutritional advice, tennis coaching and intelligent movement programmes available.
Guests will have access to a wide variety of other activities on site including tennis, biking, hiking, yachting, golf, paddle boarding and water skiing.
There is also a beach club that features a large swimming pool complete with relaxation decks, just steps from the beach.
