Deal aims to support the sustainable development of the travel industry
Leading tourism intelligence company Mabrian will provide its data insights to the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) as a Knowledge Partner.
Part of The Data Appeal Company – Almawave Group, Mabrian will supply WTTC with information to support the growth of the travel industry, including deep data on air connectivity, traveller sentiment and accommodation supply.
Virginia Messina, Senior Vice President, Advocacy & Communications at WTTC, said data-driven insights are "critical" to the sustainable growth of the travel and tourism sector.
The partnership will also help WTTC with its own research and advocacy

The deal was signed at ITB Berlin, and follows six years of Mabrian being a WTTC Associate. WTTC will also have access to Mabrian’s in-house analysts and consultants.
For more than a decade, Mabrian has been gathering and enhancing big volumes of data from multiple global sources of information exclusively for the tourism.
The company recently launched AILA, a virtual assistant powered by Generative AI that can boost productivity for destination and tourism company managers. It is the first such tool in travel and tourism designed for the B2B market and can respond in real time.
