Hotel operator Kerten Hospitality, in partnership with RIKAZ and RAFAL, has unveiled its latest project in Saudi Arabia, The House Urban Eco Resort Riyadh.
The resort intends to "redefine urban eco-living" and "blend leisure, wellness and business within a sustainable and luxurious environment" in the heart of Riyadh.
Kerten Hospitality's existing projects span multiple countries, and include hotels, residences and restaurants, from ice cream shops in Saudi to Kerten's The House-branded hotels in Kuwait and Georgia.

According to developers, the House Urban Eco Resort Riyadh will feature outdoor and dynamic working spaces, and integrated dining and event spaces, offering a versatile setting for private gatherings.
A cornerstone of the resort will be wellness, encompassing modern spa treatments and comprehensive facilities. The resort will also offer an interactive F&B experience in collaboration with local chefs, providing "behind-the-scenes dining".
Moving forward, Kerten Hospitality plans to make a significant investment in the Saudi hospitality sector, with more than 22 projects in the pipeline.
