Hotel features a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic city views

InterContinental Hotels & Resorts has opened its third InterContinental Residences in the Business Bay district of Dubai in the UAE.

InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay has 176 serviced residences, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, each with SMEG appliances and water purifiers.

The hotel also features a 24-hour fitness centre, a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic city views and the Planet Trekkers Kids’ Club.

Restaurants include Ancora Mediterranean restaurant with Dubai Canal and Burj Khalifa views; 57 Deli Cafe, and Alto poolside eatery.

The Business Bay property will feature new guest initiatives, including food and beverage programmes aimed at helping guests reduce travel fatigue.

Guests will also have access to Timeshifter, a jetlag app that uses the latest circadian science to assist them in adjusting to new time zones.

InterContinental intends to build on its 75-year heritage while ‘reimagining’ its luxury offering. The InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay is among the first properties to reflect the brand’s ‘transformation’ phase.
