Luke James brings decades of experience to the role
The Address Beach Resort hotel in Dubai has appointed Luke James as General Manager.
James brings more than 20 years of hospitality expertise to the role, including experience of pre-openings and luxury operations in the UAE and internationally.
Originally from Adelaide, the Australian is passionate about delivering the best service. He began his career after earning a bachelor’s degree from the Swiss Hotel Association’s International College of Hotel Management and a Diplome Culinaire d’Hôtellerie from Le Cordon Bleu.
James’s early career included leadership roles across several hotels including Australia’s One&Only Hayman Island, Hyatt Regency Adelaide and Zabeel House The Greens, in Dubai.

In his most recent role as Area General Manager for Crystalbrook Collection in Queensland, Australia, James managed a diverse portfolio of luxury hotels.
He was also part of the pre-opening team at Hyde Dubai and Jumeirah Muscat Bay.
