Brand's first UAE hotel to open in 2026

Dubai-based diversified investment firm Shamal Holding has shared details of the UAE's first Baccarat Hotel.

Inspired by Baccarat crystals, the Baccarat Hotel Dubai's shimmering glass façade is set to see it stand out as a new addition to the renowned Downtown Dubai cityscape.

Inside, the 145-key hotel will feature a Grand Salon centred around Baccarat crystal chandeliers, while the signature Baccarat bar will have a grand piano at its heart.

The hotel’s 174 spacious rooms and suites will feature marble finishings and original artwork.

Facilities will include a luxurious spa and a "Pool Sanctuary" overlooking Burj Khalifa.

In addition to the hotel's own restaurants, diners will have the option of a street-level promenade and plaza with several more food and beverage outlets.

Dining at Baccarat Hotel Dubai

Occupying the floors above the hotel are its branded residences, intended to give occupants the "Everyday Baccarat" experience.

Offering two- to four-bedroom furnished apartments alongside four penthouses, including a five-bedroom palatial residence complete with a private gym, pool and wine cellar, each has Burj Khalifa views. Residents will also have access to all of the hotel's amenities.

Baccarat Hotel is being developed in collaboration with Dubai-based real estate investor, developer and asset manager H&H Development and SH Hotels & Resorts, the company behind the Baccarat Hotels & Resorts brand, who will operate the property.
