The hotel is a reflagging of the existing Maisan Hotel

Delta Hotels by Marriott Green Community Dubai is officially open for business.

The hotel comprises 248 rooms, across five accommodation types, including executive suites and junior suites. In addition, there is 287 square feet of meeting and event spaces including The Hall, for larger business meetings and corporate events.

Onsite leisure facilities include an outdoor swimming pool and pool bar, a brand-new spa and a fitness centre. Alongside the Maisan Restaurant, the hotel’s all-day dining concept, guests can dine at The Hub Delta Bar and The Delta Pantry.

Raja Zeidan headed the opening as multi-property general manager for Delta Hotels by Marriott Green Community Dubai along with The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, where he was responsible for leading the rebranding of the property and overseeing design, recruitment and strategy.
