The hotel is the second of 10 that Emaar plans to open on Egypt’s north coast

Emaar Misr and Emaar Hospitality Group have announced the opening of the Address Beach Resort Marassi on Egypt’s north coast.

The hotel is the second property in Egypt under the Address Hotels and Resorts brand, which also operates in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Turkey.

The modern hotel has 118 rooms and suites and 169 serviced apartments, and a private beach furnished with 69 cabanas.

There are six F&B outlets, including the brand's The Restaurant international all-day diner, while wellness facilities include a gym and The Spa at the Address.

Mohamed Alabbar, founder of Emaar Properties said: "Emaar aims to develop a portfolio of 10 hotels, representing approximately 3,000 hotel rooms, along Egypt’s North Coast. This reflects the company’s vision to enhance the hotels and hospitality sector in the destination.”

Tuscan-style Address Marassi Golf Resort is the first resort in Egypt from the Address Hotels + Resorts brand.
