VistaJet has announced a partnership with a renowned Greek restaurant Estiatorio Milos, which has outposts in cities all over the world, including New York, London, Athens and Dubai.

A VistaJet’s representative said the private jet hire company has decided to introduce the new menu after Milos became one of the most requested restaurants by VistaJet clients.

In addition to Milos' signature dishes, specially created dishes include a lobster salad created by Milos chef and founder Costas Spiliadis, exclusively available onboard.

"It's our pleasure to introduce the refreshingly light Milos lobster salad, to be exclusively available to VistaJet clients who recognise freshness and quality.”

VistaJet vice president private dining Diego Sabino said: “We're uncompromising when it comes to in-flight dining. I believe that food at altitude should taste as good as food at your favourite restaurant.

"As a brand, we're passionate about creating experiences that our members will remember – and the unique experiences that we design with our partners are part of the service VistaJet offers.”

The VistaJet fleet comprises more than 360 aircraft, from the Gulfstream G450 to the Global 7500, which can fly nonstop from Miami to Greece.
