Michelin Guide Dubai introduces new winners – and makes Atlantis Dubai home to most stars in Middle East
The fourth edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai has been unveiled at a glittering ceremony held at Address Sky View hotel in Downtown Dubai on 22 May.
The biggest winners in 2025’s Michelin Guide Dubai are newcomer FZN by Björn Frantzén and homegrown favourite Trèsind Studio. Both restaurants scooped the coveted three Michelin stars.
Helmed by Björn Frantzén and Executive Chef Torsten Vildgaard, and newly opened at Atlantis, The Palm, FZN is the sibling to three-star Frantzén in Stockholm and three-star Zén in Singapore. FZN patrons are served a nine-course modern European tasting menu with Japanese influences featuring new creations alongside classic Frantzén signatures from the sibling outlets.

Now, with three stars achieved by FZN in 2025, and one star held each by Ossiano and Hakkasan Dubai at Atlantis, The Palm (since 2022) and one star held by Dinner by Heston Blumenthal Dubai at Atlantis The Royal (since 2023), the Atlantis Dubai hotel group holds the most stars in the Middle East.
“Having four Michelin-awarded restaurants under one destination, with a total of six stars, is a true testament to our commitment to world-class dining,” commented Paul Baker, President of Atlantis, adding: “The opening of FZN by Björn Frantzén marked an exciting milestone for us, and to achieve three Michelin stars in under 12 months is nothing short of extraordinary. We are proud to be home to the most Michelin-starred restaurants in the Middle East.”
