UAE airline Air Arabia launches Ras Al Khaimah-Kozhikode flights

The Sharjah-based carrier will fly to the Kerala destination three times a week

Emirati low-cost airline Air Arabia has announced the launch of a new route from the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah to Kozhikode in the South Indian state of Kerala.  

The carrier will operate three direct flights from RAK International Airport to Kozhikode International Airport on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, starting from 22 November 2023.

Air Arabia, group chief executive officer Adel Al Ali said: “We are glad to announce the launch of our new non-stop flights from Ras Al Khaimah to Kozhikode in India, a testament to our unwavering commitment to providing our customers with convenient air travel options and further strengthening the trade and tourism bonds between the UAE and India.”

Air Arabia started flying from Ras Al Khaimah in May 2014, and currently operates from three UAE airports, including Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah.
