The Dubai property is scheduled to open its doors in Q4 2023

The First Group has announced the completion of The First Collection Waterfront in Dubai.

Located on the Canal Boardwalk in Business Bay, the project marks a significant milestone in expanding The First Group Hotels portfolio.

There are already two established hotels within The First Collection brand: The First Collection at Jumeirah Village Circle and The First Collection Business Bay.

The First Collection Waterfront will feature 327 rooms and suites. Its rooftop pool will offer panoramic vistas of Dubai's renowned landmarks, including the iconic Burj Khalifa and the picturesque Dubai Canal. A spa and a gym will be available for relaxation and fitness.

Culinary experiences will encompass diverse options, including a local all-day dining concept, an Asian speciality restaurant, and The First Group’s homegrown brand, Risen Café & Artisanal Bakery.
