The First Collection Waterfront hotel to open in Dubai this November

The four-star hotel will be the UAE-based hospitality brand's third property

The First Collection Waterfront hotel will officially open in Business Bay in Dubai in the UAE in November 2023. 

Part of The First Group, The First Collection Waterfront will be the third property from the the UAE's homegrown hospitality brand, following The First Collection Business Bay and The First Collection JVC.                       

The First Collection Waterfront will feature 327 rooms across categories including Deluxe and Premium Rooms, Executive Suites and an Accessible Room, catering to a variety of needs. In addition, interconnected rooms will also be available for larger family sizes and groups.

Guests will have a range of dining options, including the brand's Risen Café & Artisanal Bakery, Local Restaurant and Bar, and a rooftop pool bar and lounge offering panoramic views incorporating the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.

For those in search of a beach retreat, The First Collection Waterfront offers transportation to and from partnering Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah.
