Sweden Beach Palace opens on World Islands in Dubai

UAE private island resort features Bentley furnishings and yacht access

Billed as Dubai’s most exclusive private island venue, Sweden Beach Palace is now open for bookings on The World Islands, a development off the coast of Dubai in the UAE.

Situated 6km from the mainland, Sweden Beach Palace is located in The Heart of Europe, a luxury destination and flagship project for Kleindienst Group that comprises six islands, each inspired by a European country, with 20 properties expected to open here.

Taking over an entire island, Sweden Beach Palace has nine palatial beachfront homes, each spanning more than 21,000sq ft, and with seven bedrooms, a private infinity pool, rooftop terrace and sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf.

Combining comfort and sustainability, interiors blend eco-conscious Scandinavian design alongside touches of Middle Eastern opulence.

Beyond the residences, there’s a spa with a ‘snow room’ and a private beach.

Positioning itself as a destination for events, Sweden Beach Palace curates tailored experiences for business and leisure travellers, from barefoot celebrations on the beach to a high-level corporate retreat.

The island can host up to 300 guests in spacious indoor and outdoor layouts and provide event planning, concierge services and Michelin-level catering.

Adding to the island’s exclusivity, guests arrive to the island by private yacht or chartered boat.

“It’s luxurious, yes, but it’s also deeply personal. It’s for people who want to celebrate life’s big moments in a setting that feels entirely their own," said Sneden Lobo, Director of Events at Sweden Beach Palace.

Sweden Palace Hotel joins Voco Monaco Dubai, a French Riviera-inspired adults-only five-star party hotel with 198 keys on the Cote d’Azur on Main Island Europe. Sister property Nice Hotel is in pre-opening mode and will open soon.

With 20 properties and 4,000 keys planned, The Heart of Europe aims to deliver an authentic slice of European life, with future plans including five-star hotels that celebrate Cannes and St Tropez, waterfront villas inspired by Bauhaus architecture on Germany Island, plus the Floating Lido, claimed to be the world’s first luxury underwater vessel resort inspired by Venice.

Set to open in 2026, the 150-key Marbella Resort Hotel, Vignette Collection will bring a Costa Del Sol experience to the UAE with a 1km-long climate-controlled street where it rains every day and an apres ski bar connected to a ‘snow plaza’.

By 2027, Buddha-Bar Hotel and Buddha-Bar Beach will also open here with 162 overwater keys, beachfront dining, entertainment and lifestyle experiences.
