Saudi’s Red Sea Global reveals details of new Four Seasons hotel

Four Seasons Resort at The Red Sea will be on Shura Island, home to a marina and an 18-hole golf course

A new Four Seasons Resort will open in The Red Sea development, located along the western coast of Saudi Arabia.

Designed by Foster + Partners, the resort will offer 149 rooms and suites, all with sea views.

The property will also feature six restaurants and lounges, as well as meeting and events spaces and a marine discovery centre.

Guests will also have access to a spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools and two beaches for families and adults.

The Red Sea project will comprise natural islands and lagoons across 200km of coastline between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The project will harness renewable energy while developing only a small portion of the islands in order to maintain expansive conservation zones.

The resort will be located on Shura Island

Red Sea Global group CEO  John Pagano said: “This new destination provides the next generation of travellers with an incredible opportunity to discover what Saudi Arabia has to offer, building on its historic and cultural significance, while highlighting the exceptional natural beauty of the region.”
