Customers can book a ride up to 48 hours in advance of arriving at or departing from Amman’s Queen Alia International Airport
Royal Jordanian has announced the launch of RJ Chauffeur Service, offering a hassle-free transport solution to customers.
The new service gives customers who travel via Queen Alia International Airport the opportunity to book both their Royal Jordanian ticket and airport transfer simultaneously through the airline’s website, call centre and sales offices.
The service is run by drivers who speak both Arabic and English and complimentary Wi-Fi is available during the ride.

Royal Jordanian chief commercial officer Karime Makhlouf said: “We’re aiming to offer convenient and trusted services to our guests at affordable prices. We initiated the RJ Chauffeur Service to make it easier for our passengers to book their air and land transportation from one point of sale.”
