The 441-key Al Marjan Island property is now welcoming guests

Lifestyle hospitality brand Rove Hotels has officially its newest property, Rove Al Marjan Island.

On the beachfront of Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, an hour's drive from Dubai, the 441-key hotel is accessible via five international airports and positioned minutes from the UAE’s first integrated gaming resort, set to open in 2027.

The hotel has an outdoor cinema, pool and private beachfront. There’s also a 24-hour gym, a kids' indoor play area and outdoor water play area.

Developed by Marjan, with asset management by Stirling Hospitality Advisors, the property offers guests two types of Rove Rooms. Guests can choose between island or sea views, and 30% of rooms are interconnecting.

Rove Al Marjan Island adheres to Ras Al Khaimah’s Green Building Regulations (Barjeel), eliminating single-use plastics, providing refillable water bottles in all rooms and dining outlets, and composting 100% of food waste.
