RateHawk reports record performance in 2023

Company now supports 5,300 travel agents in the GCC 

RateHawk, an online hotel, flight and transfer booking system for travel professionals, has reported a record performance for 2023. 

RateHawk’s 2023 bookings saw 85% growth compared to 2022 and achieved a gross transaction value of US$2.6 billion.

RateHawk now has 62,000 travel professional partners worldwide, representing a 61% increase from the previous year, with more than 5,300 travel agents in the GCC region alone.

Demand for RateHawk's flight and transfer bookings showed a steady rise throughout 2023. Booked flights doubled in number, while transfers saw a 67% year-on-year increase. In 2023, RateHawk also experienced significant growth in its inventory. This expansion resulted in a total of 2.5 million accommodation options, marking a substantial 40% year-on-year increase. 

Last year, RateHawk also introduced a hotel selection tool, aimed at assisting travel agencies to optimise customer interactions and streamline workflows.
