Radisson Red to open in Ras Al Khaimah in 2027

Second UAE property on Marjan Island will have 280 keys

The UAE will welcome its second Radisson Red hotel in 2027 with the lifestyle brand opening on Ras Al Khaimah’s Marjan Island.

The first franchised Radisson Red in the country was announced by boutique advisory firm Stirling Hospitality Advisors who will oversee the development of the AED215 million (US$59 million) project.

The hotel will have 280 keys and four F&B outlets. There will also be a swimming pool, gym, spa, MICE facilities and private beach area.

When opened, the hotel will be close to the upcoming Wynn casino and resort on Marjan Island.

The fourth Radisson Red property in the region, joining those in Dubai, Riyadh and Amman, it will have a different design, eschewing the brand’s trademark industrial chic for a softer resort style with muted tones.

SSH International Consultants will lead on the design, with Stirling acting as owner representative on behalf of BB Holding, a business group with notable ventures in Armenia, making its UAE debut with this project.
