“Oman is a hidden gem of the Middle East that deserves wider recognition in the luxury travel sphere. The resort is at an exciting point in its growth and development. I anticipate plenty of opportunities to enhance revenue streams, devise strategies alongside the commercial team, and amplify our guest satisfaction while maintaining the standards of excellence Shangri-La is renowned for, across both Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah and Shangri-La Al Husn.”
