More Cravings hosts celebrity chef...

Jason Atherton, Massimo Bottura, Richard Sandoval, Vineet Bhatia and Alex Stumpf are headlining

More Cravings by Marriott Bonvoy has revealed details of its upcoming celebrity chef series, running at hotel restaurants across Dubai from 2 to 18 October 2023.

The series of events will be open to both Marriott Bonvoy members and non-members and will bring some of the world's leading culinary stars to a range of venues across the region.

Guests will have the opportunity to meet the renowned chefs in person and savour some of their remarkable dishes.

Celebrity chef Jason Atherton will be at his City Social Dubai at The Grosvenor House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Dubai on 2 and 3 October mingling with patrons as they sample his signature dishes.

Massimo Bottura will be at Torno Subito at W Dubai – The Palm on 10 and 11 October, serving a set menu costing AED895 per person for food and AED495 for a selected drinks pairing.

Tong Thai will welcome Alex Stumpf to join the restaurant’s resident chef Ritiyos on 13 October for a collaboration to meld the time-honoured traditions of Thai flavours with contemporary culinary artistry. The five-course menu costs AED245.

Mexican chef Richard Sandoval will be in Dubai from 9 to 15 October, hosting cooking demonstrations at each of his venues; Toro Toro at Grosvenor House Dubai on 9 October, Maya by Chef Richard Sandoval on 10 October, and Zengo at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa on 15 October. In addition, Richard’s Special Platters will be available for AED225 per person during the nights.

Finally, Vineet Bhatia will host exclusive masterclasses at Indego by Vineet at Grosvenor House Dubai and at Indya by Vineet at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa on the 17 and 18 October respectively.
