New London hotel will open in time for summer's inbound GCC markets
With an impressive portfolio including The Berkeley, Claridge’s and The Connaught in London, as well as The Maybourne Beverly Hills and The Maybourne Riviera, Maybourne Hotel Group is set to launch a new hotel and wellbeing and longevity members’ club.
Opening in April 2024, The Emory is billed as a discreet private residence overlooking Hyde Park in London's Belgravia, designed by the late Sir Richard Rogers and Ivan Harbour of RSHP.
Stays include airport transfers, breakfast served in suites or at Jean-Georges Vongerichten's ABC kitchens, "seasonal tipples and nibbles" stocked in suite bars, exclusive access to The Emory’s private rooftop Bar 33 and The Emory Cigar Merchants, and complimentary membership to Surrenne (pictured).

Located within The Emory, Surrenne members' club intends to blends "the wonders of the earth with advancements in modern science" to provide a holistic approach to both emotional wellbeing and physical health.
Surrenne is set over four floors and almost 2,000 square metres and includes a state-of-the-art gym and a 22-metre swimming pool with sound system for in-water meditation. It will offer indoor and outdoor fitness classes as well as guided wild – and chilly – swimming sessions in the Serpentine in neighbouring Hyde Park.
