Marriott to open W Singapore – Marina View in 2028

The 350-room hotel is scheduled to open in 2028

Marriott International has signed an agreement with IOI Properties Group to bring W Singapore - Marina View to downtown Singapore. 

The hotel is slated to debut at the site of a 51-storey mixed-use development and perched atop the hotel will be Marina View Residences.

Construction of the development is expected to begin by the end of 2023, with the hotel projected to operate in late 2028.

W Singapore - Marina View will feature interiors by Hachem Design and signature venues such as the WET deck, FIT fitness centre, AWAY spa and WOOBAR. 

Located near key commercial and entertainment districts such as Marina Bay, Raffles Place and Tanjong Pagar and Chinatown, W Singapore - Marina View is set to appeal to both locals and travellers.
