The hotel is located within Dubai's new Jewel of The Creek development

Part of Dubai's new mixed-use, five-tower Jewel of the Creek complex, Marriott Marquis Dubai will open in March 2024.

West F5 Investments LLC signed a franchise agreement with Marriott International to open the new hotel under the Marriott Marquis brand within Jewel of the Creek, located on the north shore of Dubai Creek within walking distance of Deira City Centre, Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club and City Centre Metro Station, a short drive from Dubai International Airport.

The new-build Marriott Marquis Dubai has 590 keys, comprising 434 hotel rooms and suites and 156 serviced apartments.

The property will house business and leisure facilities, including six food and beverage outlets, conference and meeting facilities, a business centre, gym, spa and swimming pools in each tower. 

In addition, the development will include a large retail area with a promenade alongside Dubai Creek and a marina with 85 berths.
