Kerzner to open third fitness-focused SIRO hotel in Tokyo

Launching in Dubai, the wellness destination opens in Montenegro in 2025

Kerzner will open its third SIRO hotel, marking the wellness destination’s entry into Asia.

SIRO Roppongi, Tokyo, follows the recently opened SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai and forthcoming SIRO Boka Place, set to open in Montenegro in May 2025.

Mattheos Georgiou, Senior Vice President of SIRO, said the response from guests staying at Dubai’s SIRO One Za’abeel had been “phenomenal” and rolling out the active lifestyle concept in Europe and Asia was a natural next step.

Kerzner, the company behind Atlantis and One&Only hotels, says SIRO is the first hospitality brand to offer a holistic approach to sleep, fitness, recovery, nutrition and mindfulness.

Combining wellness experiences with digital technology and health expertise, the trailblazing brand is designed for active lifestyles, allowing guests to maintain peak performance when they travel for leisure or business.

According to the Global Wellness Institute, wellness tourism is projected to grow by about 20.9% in 2025, making it a US$1.1 billion industry.

Expected to open in 2029, SIRO Roppongi, Tokyo will be located in the Minato-ku ward of central Tokyo in Roppongi, just moments away from art galleries, museums and Michelin-starred restaurants.

The property will feature 100 rooms as well as the brand’s signature state-of-the-art Fitness Lab and Recovery Lab, which feature in SIRO’s hotels in Dubai and Montenegro.

Fitness Lab includes the latest fitness equipment alongside various studios, from Experience Box to Yoga Studio and Pilates Reformer offering signature classes with specialist trainers.

Both hotels also feature in-house nutritionists who curate healthy meal plans, calorie and macro-counter, and a range of smart eating solutions.

Technology and personalisation are core to the brand, with SIRO room features including thermoregulated mattresses, an integrated app that controls blackout blinds, a recovery wardrobe stocked with exercise equipment and a projector, from which virtual TechoGym classes can be taken.
