Launched in Dubai, the wellness destination will be unveiled in Europe in May 2025
Following the successful launch of the fitness hotel brand at SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai, Kerzner International is opening its second SIRO property in Montenegro.
SIRO Boks Place, in the UNESCO-protected Bay of Kotor, will debut on 15 May 2025 and offer an immersive fitness and lifestyle experience. The hotel is now open for bookings.
Kerzner says SIRO (pronounced ‘sigh-row’) combines wellness experiences with digital technology and wellbeing expertise so that guests can unlock their mental and physical potential.
“The opening of SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai marked a major milestone for Kerzner International. We finally presented our disruptive incubator brand for the world to experience. The feedback has been phenomenal and provides a fantastic foundation for the growth of the brand,” said Philippe Zuber, CEO, Kerzner International.
SIRO Boka Place presents a different iteration of the brand, with a “holistic destination fitness offering” that showcases nature, adventure and wellbeing.
Located in Porto Montenegro and surrounded by the Adriatic and soaring mountains, guests can enjoy adventure activities on the doorstep.

Inside, the hotel offers a range of studios, rooms, suites and apartments, thoughtfully designed, combining wellbeing accessories with soothing interiors. A recovery cabinet features a yoga mat and resistance bands, while sleep-enhancing tech includes meditation playlists and temperature control mattresses.
The Fitness Lab, spread over 1,600 square metres, features the latest fitness equipment, while three studios – the Experience Box, Yoga Studio and Pilates Reformer – offer signature classes with specialist trainers.
As the name suggests, the Recovery Lab focuses on recuperation, blending mindfulness, holistic practices and specialised treatments. The hotel also has a 25-metre, temperature-controlled swimming pool with a retractable roof for year-round use.
SIRO Boka Place will be home to SIRO’s grab-and-go outlet, Refuel Bar, and also showcase new brand F&B concepts. SIRO Social is a rooftop bar offering tapas alongside low- and no-alcohol drinks, while SIRO Table serves as an all-day dining restaurant.
The hotel’s in-house nutritionist and Executive Chef will curate healthy meal plans and a range of smart eating solutions, adding to the brand’s wellness guest experience.
