Kerzner to open One&Only resort in...

The wellness-driven property will offer immersive culinary experiences

One&Only is set to open a resort in the Hudson Valley, New York, in 2028.

A collaboration with Nolan Reynolds International and the Culinary Institute of America, Dubai-based Kerzner International will deliver an ultra-luxury resort with a wellness and culinary focus alongside a community of private homes.

This marks the second US destination for the brand, with One&Only Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana, slated to open in 2025.

Set against the meadows of the Hudson Valley River in upstate New York, the resort will sit on a 21-acre site next to the CIA campus in Hyde Park, a charming small town known for its prestigious culinary school, farmers’ markets and historic estates.

Just a 90-minute drive from New York, the resort is also close to Rhinebeck, with its rich cultural offerings, from galleries to museums.

Hudson Valley

Hyde Park’s storied history and culture will be woven into the resort’s architectural designs, and will use sustainable materials and reflect its natural surroundings.

There will be just 61 cabins, rooms and suites, a Longevity Hub by renowned Swiss mediclinic Clinique La Prairie, and a programme of immersive one-off culinary dining experiences, from boot camps to fine dining courtesy of CIA’s students.

An exclusive collection of One&Only Private Homes will include fully equipped chef’s kitchens.

One&Only’s first property in the United States, Moonlight Basin in Big Sky in Utah’s Montana Rockies, will open on 18 November 2025, and is already taking reservations. Positioning itself as a year-round destination, the alpine resort, just an hour’s drive from Yellowstone, features rooms, suites and cabins surrounded by forests, with access to ski slopes, hiking trails and outdoor adventures.
