Dubai’s Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab will stand alongside Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Burj Al Arab Jumeirah

Jumeirah Group has unveiled Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, the latest addition to its beachfront hotel portfolio.

The new resort, which resembles a futuristic yacht, will comprise 386 rooms and suites, four penthouses and 83 luxury hotel apartment suites, set amid private landscaped gardens.

Set to open in 2023, it features integrated wellness and leisure destinations and a line-up of signature restaurants, including a new concept combining four venues in one.

The development, which spans more than 160,000 square metres of reclaimed land, also includes a collection of ocean-facing six-bedroom marina villas and an 83 berth super yacht marina and boardwalk.
