Hilton expands presence in Ras Al Khaimah with new hotel

Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa set to launch in 2026

Hilton is partnering with M Hospitality to open another property on Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE.

Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa is expected to launch in the Q4 2026, joining the group's Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island and Doubletree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island.

The property will add to Hilton’s growing portfolio of 80 hotels across 11 brands operating in the Middle East, with an existing 36 hotels in the UAE, including five in Ras Al Khaimah.

Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa will offer 315 spacious king rooms and 35 suites, six restaurants and bars, and a selection of leisure facilities, including a fitness club, spa and wellness centre, 360-degree sky pool overlooking the Gulf, tennis courts, kids’ club and kids' pool and playground.

Surrounded by RAK’s coastline and landscapes aplenty, from the rugged peaks of the Hajar Mountains to the tranquil beaches along the Persian Gulf, Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa is an hour’s drive from Dubai International Airport and 20 minute’s drive from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport.
