Grand Hyatt Kuwait Residences opens

The property joins the Grand Hyatt Kuwait, which debuted in August 2022

The Grand Hyatt brand has expanded its presence in Kuwait with the launch of a luxury residential property. 

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has opened Grand Hyatt Kuwait Residences, marking the luxury brand's first residential offering in the country. 

Spread across 33 floors, the property includes 82 three-bedroom units measuring 2,368 square feet, including one 4,682-square-foot duplex with four bedrooms and views of the Arabian Gulf.

Featuring custom furnishings, each apartment is designed with separate living zones for residents and a dedicated service area to accommodate live-in domestic staff and storage rooms.

Onsite facilities include a 24-hour fitness centre featuring state-of-the-art equipment, along with a courtyard that's home to two indoor swimming pools. 

Grand Hyatt Kuwait hotel will offer residents special discounts at its restaurants, which include the Turkish restaurant 'Stambul; modern brasserie Liberté; Asian eatery MEI LI and Saheel Lounge.
