The premium brunch package costs US$250
The renowned and long-running Traiteur Brunch will return to the Park Hyatt Dubai hotel restaurant in the UAE from 14 October 2024.
The seasonal culinary experience at Traireur, with views of Dubai Creek and a vibrant atmosphere in an al fresco setting, has been entertaining visitors and residents for more than 10 years.
Costing AED925 (US$250) for the premium brunch and drinks package, it ranks alongside Dubai's most expensive brunch experiences.
Dishes include the Comte cheese beignet and Angus beef carpaccio to start before moving on to a seafood selection of freshly shucked Dibba Bay oysters, clams and mussels.
Mains include sushi and sashimi and a selection of grilled meats paired with truffle lemon butter sauce.
Guests can take a stroll to the award-winning Cheese Room with a selection of artisanal cheeses sourced weekly from Europe and end the journey at Traiteur’s dessert bar.
