Kirti Anchan brings 20 years of luxury hospitality experience in the UAE
Dubai’s homegrown hospitality giant Jumeirah has appointed Kirti Anchan as General Manager of Jumeirah Beach Hotel, the emirate's iconic beachfront hotel.
In his new role, Anchan will oversee operations at Jumeirah’s founding property, which is also among its largest in Dubai with 26 floors, 10 restaurants and bars, 599 sea-facing rooms and suites and 19 recently renovated villas.
A seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Anchan brings a wealth of expertise in hotel operations, as well as deep brand knowledge of Jumeirah, having started his career with the Dubai-based group in 2005.
Beginning his career journey as a butler at Jumeirah Dar Al Masaf, Anchan has worked his way through the ranks from butler operations to General Manager, holding senior roles across key Dubai properties, including leading operations at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray and shaping guest experiences at Madinat Jumeirah.

His career journey includes serving as interim GM for Jumeirah Living Marina Gate, a property he successfully opened during the pandemic.
Most recently, as General Manager for five years, he successfully led Jumeirah Emirates Towers, crafting personalised luxury hospitality while also integrating data-driven and guest-centric decision-making to drive revenue growth.
On his LinkedIn profile, Anchan says he is “extremely goal oriented and commercially astute” and excels at “identifying and exploiting opportunities for enhancing the performance and competitive advantage of the hotel”.
This year is shaping up to be a big one for Jumeirah, having opened its newest luxury resort, the super yacht-shaped Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai in March 2025. Also expected to open this year are Jumeirah The Red Sea in Saudi, while in Switzerland, the rebranded Jumeirah Le Richemond Geneva is slated to launch after refurbishment.
Currently operating 30 properties, Jumeirah aims to double its portfolio from 30 to 60 properties by 2030 with expansion into new markets in Europe, Asia and the US.
