Dubai set to launch latest dinner and a show concept

Dream will open at Address Beach Resort, offering guests an immersive entertainment experience

Sunset Hospitality Group’s brand-new dining and entertainment concept, Dream, is located within The Address Beach Resort. Dream will offer dinner and a show, combining gastronomy with avant-garde theatrical performances.

The entertainment programme has been conceived by choreographer Pierre Khadra, who has previously worked with worked with Ricky Martin and Andrea Bocelli.

Performances include dancers, singers and acrobats, and pay tribute to the streets of Paris, New York’s Broadway, Chinese theatre and India’s Bollywood. 

Signature dishes on the Mediterranean-inspired menu include truffle and caviar pizza, whole salt baked sea bass and côte de boeuf.

A concept within a concept, Garden of Dreams is located on the venue’s terrace. Guests can enjoy sundowners, small plates and shisha with live music and views of Bluewaters Island.

Joining the recently opened SushiSamba and Aura, Dream is just the latest of several openings by the hospitality operator this year.
