The initiatives will support achieving Abu Dhabi’s annual European visitor target
The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) has signed 10 Joint Marketing Programmes (JMPs) with leading travel brands to drive tourism sector growth in Abu Dhabi and build further awareness of the destination.
The partnerships aim to support Abu Dhabi’s goal of attracting more than 24 million visitors to the emirate per year.
DCT Abu Dhabi entered into agreements with tour operators including On the Beach, Trailfinders, Destination 2, Kenwood Travel, Voyage Prive and El Corte Inglés.

In addition, existing agreements were extended with travel leaders including Expedia, Lastminute.com, Amadeus and Dnata.
DCT director general for tourism HE Saleh Mohamed Al Geziry said: “These agreements support and strengthen our relationships with valued partners to welcome more travellers to Abu Dhabi.
"The UK is a priority market for Abu Dhabi and we are committed to exploring new opportunities for collaboration with our valued UK and European travel partners.”
