AWFT 2023 to be held in Seville, Spain

A World for Travel conference to host more that 80 industry experts from 17-19 October 2023

This year’s A World for Travel (AWFT) conference and Tourism Innovation Summit (TIS) will run alongside each other in Seville, Spain, reducing the carbon footprint for participants.

AWFT aims to boost the transformation of responsible and sustainable tourism around the world through the actions of governments, industries and suppliers which come into contact with the traveller.

More than 80 specialist speakers will share their expertise on topics including climate, environment, technology, economy and society. They will aim to deliver new insights, experiences, products and ideas on leadership in sustainability.

Government officials, ministers of tourism, private sector executives from industry, NGOs, academics, experts and media will participate in discussions sharing ground-breaking initiatives, as the industry looks ahead to the seismic shifts shaping the future.

The inaugural AWFT was held virtually in 2020, followed by events in Evora, Portugal, in 2021 and in Nîmes, France, in 2022.
