Atlantis Dubai sales director to leave brand

Kim Ip worked for group for almost five years

Atlantis Dubai’s director of sales is leaving the brand to “explore new opportunities”.

Kim Ip has worked at Atlantis Dubai – heading up sales for Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal – for almost five years and will leave in June. The role is currently being advertised.

Kyp Charalambous, vice-president of sales, thanked Ip for her hard work.

He said: “Kim has effectively led the UK & European leisure sales team through some of Atlantis Dubai’s most successful years through driving strategies and results, educating key markets and subsequently building amazingly strong relationships. Of course, Kim was fundamental in the luxury positioning and successful opening of Atlantis The Royal in the UK market.
