Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort will be the brand’s ninth UAE hotel

Minor Hotels' new resort in Ras Al Khaimah is scheduled to launch later this year.

Located on Mina Al Arab Island in Ras Al Khaimah, Anantara Mina Al Arab is set among 1.5km of mangroves and lagoons in a natural reserve.

A 45-minute drive from Dubai International Airport and just 15 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, the resort is designed to blend in with its natural surroundings.

Comprising 174 guest rooms, suites and villas, including the first over-water villas in the emirate, the accommodation has been built with sustainability in mind, using eco-friendly materials, such as sustainable wood and recycled fabrics and plastics.

The onsite Anantara Spa will offer a menu of signature spa journeys inspired by Arabian and Turkish culture with seven treatment rooms catering separately to men and women as well as couples.

Additional facilities include a fully-equipped fitness centre with lagoon views, padel tennis courts, a large outdoor pool, a beach and a kids’ club for younger guests.

Dining options will include Southeast Asian flavours at Mekong, grilled fish and seafood at Beach House, and international specialities at an all-day dining restaurant. A pool bar, a deli café and the lobby lounge will offer light bites throughout the day.
