'Travel with Bova' guided tours will be conducted in sign language
Amsaan Accessible Tours (AAT), a leader in inclusive tourism for deaf and hard-of-hearing travellers, has launched 'Travel with Bova', a service dedicated to providing guided tours conducted entirely in sign language.
Being launched in the UAE, a key destination for AAT, tours will br led by Volodymyr Bozhko, also known as Bova. The senior deaf tour guide has more than 15 years’ experience.
The initiative marks a milestone in inclusive tourism in the region, with more than 60 sign language tours already planned for 2024.
Moving forward, the ATT programme will offer visitors guided tours beyond Dubai.
Bova has extensive knowledge of European and Southeast Asian countries where he has organised extended tours to multiple destinations in one trip, and he has guided tourists from various countries, including the US, China and former CIS countries using International Sign Language.

Alex Koltsov, CEO of Amsaan Accessible Tours, said: “Catering to the more than 430 million people who have hearing loss, 'Travel with Bova' will set new standards in accessible tourism.
“Last year, more than 170 tourists joined our tours in Dubai, and we already have 66 scheduled for upcoming tours in the city. This project underscores our dedication to inclusivity and cultural exchange, and we believe it will create lasting impacts in the travel industry.”
AAT plans to expand its tour offerings to include additional sign languages and destinations based on tourist demand. The company is also working to create tours for individuals with other disabilities.
