Travel consultants will be able to increase their rewards by up to two commission points
Silversea Cruises has launched a new incentive for its travel adviser community.
Speaking about the initiative, Silversea senior vice president of Global Sales, Massimo Brancaleoni said: “Travel Partner Appreciation Month is a special time for us to reward our travel advisor partners for their loyalty and efforts. Though it begins in May, our incentives continue through June, demonstrating our ongoing gratitude to our travel partners and their critical role in our success for nearly three decades.”
The appreciation campaign focuses on the line’s expedition cruises. The immersive travel experiences regularly lead to repeat business, says the cruise line, which can allow travel advisers to earn more in commission.
Silversea Cruises introduced kicker commissions in early 2023, and now the line is giving an additional 1% kicker commission on all adventure voyages, an additional 1% kicker commission on all new-to-brand passengers and an additional 1% kicker commission on all new-to-repeat customers (guests who book with Silversea for the second time through the same agency).
This initiative will allow travel consultants to raise their commissions by up to two additional commission points.
In addition, Silversea’s Travel Partner Appreciation Month offers value to travel advisers’ customers with its limited-time Suite Upgrades deal for new reservations made before 31 May 2023.
