Princess launches its longest world cruise

116-day Island Princess sailing includes option to embark on a 50-, 51-, 65- and 66-day cruise to or from Dubai

Princess Cruises is offering its longest cruise ever in 2025, with a 116-day world cruise traversing more than 33,500 nautical miles, and visiting 51 destinations in 26 countries across six continents.

Now on sale, the unforgettable adventure includes visits to Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific, the Mediterranean, Central America, Africa and Asia. Culture and history lovers can also see 27 UNESCO World Heritage Sites on the way. 

Key stops include historic Cairo and the pyramids and the ancient treasures of Giza, the Singapore Botanical Gardens, Old City of Dubrovnik, The Ancient Greek City of Ephesus and The Monastery of St John and the Cave of the Apocalypse.

Travellers can also embark or disembark in Dubai for a 50-, 51-, 65- or 66-day cruise itinerary. The 51-day cruise ending in Dubai is a highlight, starting in Los Angeles, California, then visiting 15 more ports in destinations including Hawaii, Fiji, New Zealand, Australia, Bali, Singapore and Sri Lanka, before arriving in Dubai.

Ashok Kumar, founder and managing director of Dubai-based Cruise Master, said the cruise is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. “Embarking on a world cruise means exploring different ports and cities of the world without the hassle of airport travel and constant unpacking,” he said.

Sailing on Island Princess, the world cruise offers two roundtrip options with departure from Ft Lauderdale on 5 January 2025 and from Los Angeles on 20 January 2025.
